Managing Your Hearing Loss

Our professional audiologists will call you every six months to remind you of the after sales services available. After sales care is critical for some types of hearing aids that require very specific maintenance as some of them may stop working without it. After Sales Hearing Care
At Clarisound we do half yearly reviews with all our customers. This is to help us ensure that your hearing aids are clean and functioning correctly as, sometimes, they get blocked by earwax. We also check tubing and domes in your hearing aids to see if they need to be changed, or repaired, and help with readjustment of your hearing aids if there are any issues or changes in your hearing level. We offer software and firmware updates for our brands of hearing aids and updates on new technology that is available if you are interested. We provide updates on operating systems for phones that are connected to hearing aids and recently we have started stocking waterproof hearing aids! In order to get the most out of your hearing aids our professional audiology consultants provide counselling on how to use your hearing aids at optimum levels.
